Processing Times
Premade Items
All premade, in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made specifically for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and processing before shipment.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Soultier is not responsible for:
